Factory 1st (East) Ltd in Norfolk is an independent company delivering catering supplies to the hospitality industry

Since 1994 we have supplied catering equipment, kitchen and restaurant supplies, furniture and barware to local companies personally.  We actually like to communicate with people. We are happy to talk over the phone, meet face to face or email.  We have no automated answering service (just an ordinary answering machine for when the office is closed)  and it is very easy for you to find out how to get in touch.  

In the Norfolk area we visit our clients, take them goods, assist in choosing products and, keeping a record of their orders.  This means that we send the correct items which match the goods they use without having to uplift incorrect supplies and creating an awful lot of paperwork.

Our webshop is not vast, it merely covers a range of products that you might be looking for.
