Pitco CE-35C/S / LP Economy Gas Fryer
The up-to-date- Pitco Economy fryer single tank fryer is suitable for medium volume of frying. It has a standing pilot light design which provides a ready flame when heat is required. The cabinet front and door are constructed of stainless steel with galvanized sides and back. The thermostat maintains selected temperature automatically between 93C and 190C. An integrated gas control valve acts as a manual and pilot valve, gas filter, pressure regulator, and automatic main valve. Also the basket hanger is removable for easy cleaning.
